This Sunday !! ROCK ON. End of Year Gig

Creating Confidence through Music is What We Do at Rosie’s School of Rock and this Sunday 3rd December the annual ‘Rock On” gig will see hundreds of young musicians taking to the stage , many for the first time.

“I’ve been a professional musician and teacher  for over 25 years and without doubt the best way to create confidence is through live performance” says Former Screaming Jet & School Principal Craig “Rosie” Rosevear.

The School uses a unique  Song Based Method to engage and educate students with the result being able to play in a band with other musicians their own age.

Rosevear says “ The best part about learning  music is about getting onstage with your mates and playing in front of a crowd. That’s what I did in my early years and with The Screaming Jets and that’s what I do now. Music has given me a great career, friends  and lifestyle, I want others to share the same buzz; that’s why we started Rosie’s School of Rock”

Rosie’s School of Rock is located in Newcastle and provide  Singing Tuition, Guitar Tuition, Piano Tuition and Drum Tuition as well as professional band mentoring . The students perform many gigs throughout the year and Rock On is the biggest. “We provide an authentic experience for the students with professional stage equipment, sound and lighting, it’s the real deal says Rosevear.
